1934 – 20 March, 2015.  From Tuam Co. Galway.   Senior Health and Safety Inspector with the Health and Safety Authority. Knight of St Columbanus and Equestrian order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem. Minister of the Eucharist, pilgrim to the Holy Land 2007 and 2008.  Member, Building Committee, Tuam Pastoral Council. In 1972  he became a Director of the Knights of St. Columbanus. He chaired  a special Knock Shrine Committee. In early 1976 he presented  an interim cheque for £5,000 to Archbishop Cunnane. To mark his appreciation for the Order’s support an involvement, Archbishop Cunnane announced that one of the five side chapels would be dedicated to St. Columbanus. The balance of the collection target amount was later presented by the Vincent Gallagher, KCSG. Sean is buried in Tuam Cemetery.
