1888 - 1959. Thomas McE Coulter was born in Co Donegal, 12 Westland Park, Derry. Teacher in St Columb's, College Derry and subsequently the President of its Past Pupils Union. He was a graduate of the National University of Ireland. His father was John Coulter, who served in the former RIC, and his mother was Jane McElroy - hence the McE - and Roy by which he was known. Known as Sir Roy His son, Mgr. James was a former President of St. Columb's College and daughters, Peggy and Patricia.
